So? Trump will win, and in the mean time he can start the process. Block it if you can.

The voters have picked the president. He’s in until the third Monday in January 2021.

The DNC will make remarks on Trump doing his constitutional job, and their pet dementia patient will read them, badly, from a teleprompter, in an empty room.

He can nominate, and anyone who has a problem and is a Senator can just duke it out in the Senate with the other Senators.

Oh, and by the way, Barack Obama did nominate someone to the Supreme Court. It was the Senate who decided that it was not a good idea.

This Senate thinks it IS a good idea.

“a move that would cement a 6-3 conservative majority”

Well that is clearly wrong. It will move it from 5-4 lib to 5-4 conservative which is what the panic is about.

In 2016 voters elected Trump knowing full well that he would most likely get to replace the aging decrepit Ginsburg. Trump is now president so he has the obligation to name her replacement.

Trump needs to name the replacement Tomorrow. Every moment that passes makes the pre election vote less likely. I am convinced pushing it until after helps Biden a lot. MSM will make it THE campaign issue. The economy and the rest of it gets crowded out exactly as RBG would want it. The SC being 4-4 when the DNC’s army of lawyers fight every state the lose is just nothing but down side.

Biden has run for President twice in 50 years. Both times voters said ‘NO’!

I think that should have some say between now and Nov 3.
