my point is their threat to do it is about as realistic as our threat to do it
and no one has tried it sonce fdr, and he failed, because people do not like politicians attempts to turn scotus into a puppet for one party
the dems cant get what they want through normal ways, so they threaten to pack the cpurts in their favor
and at the same time blast trump for using his legitimate presidential power to get what he wants put through in the normal legal existing ways
