Trump is already doing great with Hispanics in Florida, and it has nothing to do with Lagoa. It's because Trump has been extremely tough on Cuba and Venezuela, whereas OBiden molly cuddled Castro with Obama even visiting Havana and lifting sanctions against Cuba. Cuban Americans will never forget how Obama/Biden stabbed them in the back.
