I think you have forgotten who was in charge of the House when Trump was in his first two years. It was a Never Trumper GOPe Paul Ryan (WI). That guy was the brakes on the Trump agenda, Trump’s first two years. He is a disgrace to our side. Ryan was a plant from the deep state to thwart Trump’s agenda.

I think you have forgotten McCarthy was the #2 GOPer and Ryan’s deputy. He was quiet as mouse while Ryan threw the House to Pelosi. Other than campaigning to be GOP leader of course. I’ll never forget his 2018 campaign season ads here in FLORIDA promoting himself to be GOP leader.
