On Wednesday Alecia Kitts was arrested at her son’s high school football game for not wearing a mask.
Kitts was tased, cuffed and arrested by the police officer during the game.
She was sitting with who appear to be her young children when she was approached by the police officer.
After she put up a fight the officer tased her, cuffed her and had her arrested.
This was in Logan, Ohio.

Sure, that’s fine. We’ll vote Republican, but keep in mind that this is happening with a republican president, the state’s republican governor, in a red county with multiple surrounding red/republican counties.
So there’s that.
If she’s “resisting”, I can see cuffing her.
However, I question what is behind all this.
First, is this really police? Why police at a school event?
2nd, looks like she is far from everyone else not her group. Even if one accepts these rules, how did she violate to even be approached?

We don’t see the first part of the story, and 24News blah blah seems like the CNN of the right, showing a half story, getting you to be all up in arms about perceived injustice.
I would bet he asked her nicely many times to put on her mask, well before the resistance started.
Half story, half truths. Sick of it.
This is hurting police departments across the country. The officers are enforcing idiotic non-laws on people that normally have their back 100% of the time. Officers really need to use officers discretion more often, they are hurting themselves doing things like this.
She is not near anyone but her family. I thought masks were for when social distancing was not possible. Is the mask mandate a local one or a state one? How does it read, anybody know?
She is not fighting him. She is trying to pull away from him which is not the same as fist n cuffs. He was being way overly aggressive.
Gee, how come no rioting and looting in that town, after this?

Biden claims he can do it nationwide when he's elected president, but there is no law on the books currently anywhere in the US requiring people to wear a mask.
The big, black Barney Fife wannabe was very aggressive, given the circumstances. I smell a lawsuit brewing on this one.

Yup. If I were on a jury she'd walk, free and clear. Probably give her a medal too.
However, it is not above his pay grade to be aware of the law. You know, actual law like the ADA, that was passed by congress, and signed by the president. As opposed some sweeping diktat by a power mad governor without legislative approval.
Not over a mask and not over this mask order.
She was sitting far enough away and outside.
The governor’s order stated that it was ok to not wear a mask while outside and sitting away from others.
Same for here in Arizona.
Just do as the cop says, and then fight about in court, later.
This is the same excuse that George Floyd and the Wisconsin criminal used in resisting arrest.
If the cop is wrong, you can prove it with a lawyer in a court of law.
