I’m not saying the US should be subsidizing pharmaceutical prices world wide. They shouldn’t.
The reason why Americans seem to pay more, in part, is because those other nations are using their tax powers to bring down the price for the individual citizen. That’s their right as countries to do that. Unless you want socialism medicine, you can’t get the prices as cheap on the individual level in the US.
