Please take some time to remember cigarettes. They were first banned in and on Federal property. Then it morphed to various city property, then state after states fell. But the big takeover came when cigarettes in PRIVATELY OWNED BUSINESSES were banned and became illegal. This was pure absolute tyranny in the guise of PROTECTING OUR HEALTH, and the public jumped onboard without giving one thought to what they were giving away, not cigarettes but freedom to choose. PRIVATELY OWNED BUSINESSES, think about it.
