The concern would be if it really is a bioweapon that the ability to rapidity mutate is what would eventually lead to increased lethality, this would be designed into the virus.

The actual research states that the same strain that caused the March outbreak is not the same strain causing the cases now.

If its just some strain from nature probably not a big concern as that's what the flu does every year but if it is a bioweapon that can become more lethal by preying on the host then not so much..

I may certainly be wrong, but I don’t see how anyone can control the direction a virus mutates.
