This has been known since the get-go. Most reports however have said she was arrested for not wearing a mask.

Which was a lie.

So it's all hunky-dory because the cop overreacted to a woman not wearing a mask outdoors over six feet away from anyone else, leading to this situation.

I support cops, but not stupid cops. This one was stupid.

Problem is that the "School policy" did not apply to her.

So they had no reason to request her to leave a public school therefore the "criminal trespassing" charge is bogus and since the charge is bogus the use of force was illegal.

I see. So attending your son's football game and sitting in somewhat empty stands is now criminal trespass? Why wasn't everybody else in the stands arrested? This is all about this woman's refusal to wear a face diaper. Something every one of these lockdown governors committs but quickly excuses himself without apology. That mask is NOT about health its about doing what you are told without thinking for yourself. These videos are becoming the best case I've seen for "defund the police."
