“Firing Wray now would ignite a firestorm of criticism.”

and it magically won’t after the election? The next excuse is, “he can’t fire anyone because the midterms are so crucial.”

Again, parse anything that Director Wray says.

“(w)e have not seen, historically, any kind of coordinated national voter fraud effort in a major election, whether it’s by mail or otherwise.”

“Historically” means “anything before 2016”, as there was WIDESPREAD fraud in both New York State (particularly NYC) and in California, where an overwhelming majority of votes (mainly from “undocumented residents” who were illegally registered through “motor voter”). A LOT of “uncoordinated” voter fraud effort goes on, operating each independently of the others, maybe fifty, or a hundred (the real number may be much, much higher), in smaller precincts that have had little overview for GENERATIONS.

So it might not have “national”, but only in targeted venues. Still turns the electoral college results to less than reliable.

And 2016 WAS a national election. 2018, an off-year national election, may have also been skewed by targeting specific districts, changing the makeup of the House of Representatives by just enough to make Nancy Pelosi Speaker of the House once again, with the impact that had on the first term of President Trump.

It ain’t paranoia if they really are picking on you.

After the election who cares? Trump's got 4 more years and no one other then NeverTrumpers and Marxists will care that Wray got fired.

“After the election who cares?”

Anyone that cares about getting shellacked in the 2022 midterms due to “firestorms of criticism.” Even Obummer made this mistake. Unless no one cares about keeping on Speaker Pelosi.

Gowdy has admitted that by June of 2017 he knew there was nothing to Russia,Russia,Russia and yet he said nothing.

Kalstrom, DeGenova, Nunes, all would be good directors

For sure Wray gets asked to hand in his resignation in November.

Should have been removed, he has not provided congress with
documents demanded. He has obstructed justice.

Fire his ass when he is out for lunch. Have a squad of Marines secure his office.

Gowdy doody will say he couldn’t say the things he knew about Trump’s innocence and the frame up because it was classified and he might get in trouble.

Contrast that with Nathan Hale.

Contrast that with the soldier who does his duty at the very risk on his one precious life.

Contrast that with the mom getting tazed in Ohio for no mask.

Gowdy is a damned coward. Not to mention he bailed when the water got hot and helped Pelosi take the house.

I also like DeGenova. Wray has to go.

IMHO, Wray is gone shortly after Nov 3. Suggestions for a replacement? I lean towards Richard Grenell.

Splody heads and apoplectic fits.

The Russians/Soviets have sought to influence voters and US elections since at least 1932. That said, it is a rather trivial operation in the scheme of things, and is miniscule compared to recent efforts by, say, Mexico and China - and in the case of 2016 their efforts were primarily about creating dissention rather than actual support of any particular candidate. They also contributed to BLM, and Sanders, among others.

General Flynn’s next day in court is September 29th. It was his attorney Sidney Powell that just released all the information concerning bias at the FBI. Judge Sullivan, it is now in your court.
