The Dems are now seeking 18 year term limits for justices.
That was splashing across the screen on the bedroom TV when I came home a bit ago.
It will need a constitutional amendment. So while we are at it, repeal the 16th Amendment and institute a 4 term limit for representatives at the same time.
How do they propose to do that?

Rather amusing the proposal is not in the necessary constitutional amendment form.
They can’t. Their 18 year thing is just theater.
Supreme Court Justices terms are for life. It’s in the constitution. You can’t modify it with a law only with an amendment.

Let them do all the hard work of pushing an amendment through. Either that or they should STFU.
