There is some of the usual Trojan Horse talk but finding lock solid Conservative female Judge that is SC worthy is tough. Risky no doubt but I am confident she is going to light years better then RBG. You knew how RBG would rule on every case. She was unwavering leftist radical who disliked the Constitution she vowed to uphold..as if.
She does not support mail in ballots other than certified absentee ballots.
If cases brought before the USSC adequately document election fraud she will warn that the USSC will be forced to set strong rules to guarantee fair elections, and failure to adhere to those rules will disqualify parties and candidates.
She takes a dim view of states getting additional representation because of the presence of large numbers of people here illegally.
She will support the President in his duties to secure the borders.
She understands the amount of damage affirmative action has done, and will work to bring it to a screeching halt.
She is supportive of 2nd Amendment rights and will view it as much a civil right as the other amendments.
She will toss Roe and laugh loudly as she does.
