They might care if it was splashed in print and online and on the evening news but there is a blackout on it. The people can’t be outraged if they are never told about.

The oligarch, widely reported to be corrupt, was involved in the Skolkovo deal to create a Russian Silicon Valley.
Biden promoted Skolkovo. Clinton promoted Skolkovo (and their foundation raked in tens of millions with massive speaking fees for Bill). John Kerry promoted Skolkovo.
Why would this lady have an interest in building Skolkovo - a new Russian Silicon Valley just outside of Moscow? What possible reason could she have to wire such a large amount of money to Hunter Biden and Devon Archer (relation of Sec State Kerry)?

3 years later Hunter and Archer got 3.5 million from the lady poised to do most of the construction of Skolkovo and who may have had ownership interest in some of the land where it would be built according to foreign press.
