DailyMail has it in for him for some reason. They reference that they interviewed him a while back and that Parscale referenced how he became a wealthy man working for the Trump organization well before he went to the campaign. I think this one goes into the “presumption of innocence” bin.

Broward— where the Elections Supervisor, Snipes famously for years screwed up elections and “found” and destroyed ballots as needed. Florida law states that county election departments must release the total number of ballots counted within 30 minutes of poll closings to facilitate accountability and oversight. Six days after the election, 2 years ago, 2018, the total number of ballots had not been reported. A suit ensued and the judge in the case ordered Snipes to disclose the number of ballots cast in the November 2018 Tuesday’s midterm elections to be broken down by absentee, early, and election day votes, as well as the number of ballots still to be counted by 7:00 p.m. that day. Snipes did not comply with the Court’s Order!!
