I don’t think the President has any business banning any kind of training unless it’s training for Executive Branch staff members. How about letting private businesses decide what kind of racial sensitivity training, if any, they want to offer and let the free market sort it out?

Trump didn't ban anything for private companies.
What he did was
1. Ban critical race theory in the federal government, using tax payer dollars
2. Stop the federal government from denying contracts to a private company based solely on the fact that the company doesn't promote critical race theory.
I agree with Trump 100% on this.

That is what his executive order applied to — the entire Executive branch, which includes the military. He doesn’t think taxpayer money should be used to destroy the United States.
