This was on purpose . . . to help Joe Biden to even begin to look and sound normal.
Rush is defending Wallace just because Wallace treating him well when interviewing him.
Wallace badgers Trump about “White Supremists”, which Trumps answers, and then Wallace deliberately fails to ask Biden about the destruction of Antifa/BLM other than the generic do you both reject violence. Where was the badgering of Biden about the destruction? Why didn’t Wallace follow up with Biden’s lame “I don’t hold elective office...” Previously he stated he was the Democrat Party.
Wallace covered for Biden like a warm blanket and repeatedly let Biden skate away scot free.
Of course it was. Fox news should fire Wallace.
That's just it, it made it clear that Joe is too weak to defend himself, without assistance. There's a lot of things a candidate can be forgiven for, being perceived as weak, is not one of them.
Is it difficult to find a moderator without an axe to grind?
Not what I hear, I think RUSH pretty much destroyed Wallace's performance.

At no point in the debate did Wallace treat President Trump in a manner of respect which the American President deserves. It was shameful.

For sure. The little I DID see, Wallace stepped over the line, and more than once.
He made himself an advocate for one of the debaters... rather that staying within his defined role as ‘moderator’

It was DESPICABLE but not surprising. Look it is what it is, 99.9 percent of the media vote Democrat..it would be like the left allowing me to moderate a debate, would I be fair to Biden, Nope..would the left allow Tucker Carlson to moderate a debate, of course not..this is why we need debates WITHOUT moderators..have both sides come up with a set of questions for the opposing candidate to answer and let both men talk

Biden came across as a total jacka@@..he wanted to present himself as “Presidential” yet he called the President a “Clown” and told him to “Shut Up” Biden wanted to one up Trump and it did not work
Wallace brought up all the rat talking points and expected Trump to sit in silence while Biden spewed bald faced lies...where was the Wallace questions about Hunter, Ukraine, China, dementia, groping/ inappropriate contact with little girls, plagiarism, Delaware state, exaggerations, Tara Read etc?
So far, all the comments I have seen totally miss the point.
The point is that Wallace thinks he is somebody. He isn’t.
