We all have that natural instinct to fight like free people against the government for things like black reparations.

However, just like the 1913 US Income Tax , they will make it a mandatory deduction before you see any discretionary money. Will be from sales of cars, boats and houses as well as gambling or lottery winnings and of course, from your pay and bonuses before you see any money.

Which mean we are screwed. Now about Greta and Al Gore's Climate Change Assessment Tax.....
