I concur with the argument that the Senate must go through with the motions so as not to taint forever her confirmation.
The Leader has it under his absolute control and is certain of the outcome
The Left will taint her no matter what. I think they should just take a vote. But if they go through a confirmation hearing I hope the Republicans learned some lessons from last time. Time box it and no redundant external investigations. Let everyone ask questions and vote.
