It is virtually impossible to comply with all the federal regulations. That’s by design. OSHA, EPA, DOL, the Coast Guard, believe it or not, can harass you to no end and fine a business, if they choose, millions of dollars. From my personal experience OSHA in particular exists so that worthless former employees can harass their previous employer.
