“Levin did too, early on.”

Which just reinforces the idea that Mark Levin should be the moderator.

> Doesn’t Trump get a say about any of these moderators? <

No. The Commission on Presidential Debates sets these things up. They could pick Biden’s wife as a moderator if they wanted to.

I have only limited sympathy for Trump and the GOP in this matter.

As I have noted in another thread, this happens every four years. The Commission sets up the debates. They always pick leftist moderators. And the GOP candidate always goes along with it. Always!

No one on the GOP side - including Trump - objects. No one on the GOP side demands any fairness, or any input.

The Commission always picks biased moderators. And the Republican candidate always goes along with it, just like a little puppy dog.

It is infuriating.

I thought these C-Span dudes were supposed to always remain neutral and not take sides on political questions.

President Trump should insist that Mark Levin serve as moderator, especially given that this Scully person is on record expressing his hatred for the presiden

Only problem is that there is no love lost with Levin on Biden! I think Trump should do an end run and have Limbaugh do a 2 hour interveiw on the day of the debatecalled “The Lies of Trump!” That will get the left suckered in. Then bring up each lie of Trump and crush it with video evidence truth to expose the media, and then ask questions on a one on one interview!

No one on the GOP side demands any fairness, or any input.

And that's why those paying attention understand we should never trust the GOP. That organization and their career insiders and posers was all but dead on the floor prior to Trump. And why Buchanan stated years ago, "The differences between the two beltway parties are inconsequential." Trump was not supposed to happen. He was not supposed to win. Everything were seeing today, anarchy, riots, shutdowns, attempted destruction of the economy, is all in reaction to Trump being elected.

Why would Trump consent to such a moderator?

Why did he consent to Wallace?

It is up to Mike Pence to stand against the mob that is demanding the subjugation of Trump with the “Racist” charge.
Just like the shopkeeper in Louisville that would nit submit to the mob with a “ Black Lives Matter” chant because gage is a free man.

There are millions of Americans that are sick and tired of being called
“Racist” . And these American voters knows which party hates them. It’s Joe Biden’s Party.
Vote November 3

They might as well have Jill Biden moderate all the debates.

This is Biden with Scully’s youngest adopted daughter at the Naval Observatory for a Buden event.

It’s from Scully’s Twitter four years ago.

Trump should avoid these debates, the moderators are so much tougher than he is that he doesn’t stand a chance

Who in the republican party is involved in the selection of these “moderators”? Did Trump’s campaign go along with these picks?

Scully as a college student did an internship for ... guess who??? Sen. Joseph Biden! This is beyond outrageous. Yet not unusual from the DC press corps.

ABSOLUTELY TRUE and self-evident every day in a million ways. Trump represents US, not the Party. The Party is way too equivocal, uncommitted, though there are some very good young ones (Gaetz,Hawley, etc) the RINOs will gladly ride a Trump victory to their own re-election, but you can’t really trust them any further than you can throw them -—the interesting thing is that many of them DO need to be challenged by real pro-Trump conservatives, and ideally they’d be replaced. Man, so much is coming to a head now, it’s making my head spin.
