Ummm.. not so fast again... if the presidential election is indeterminate due to fraud, so will be most of the house/senate contests as well.

Not so fast, reps are voted on every 2 years but senators are voted on every 6 years, staggered 2-2-2. So if the house cannot properly convene Then the senate probably will convene and the current president pro team of the senate is Charles grassley.

Indeed this is true— and part of my previous comment here. She is making, as usual, a LOT of assumptions, including there will not be a clear winner...EARLY and by NOV 3rd night.

Yes, but Congressional districts are small and most of those races will be decided. Some may not even be contested. I don’t see the House being held up.
