When their security guys and police can’t get guns, they’ll change their minds. How will your scenario work?
There are dozens of handgun manufacturers around the world.
There are hundreds of governments with arsenals of handguns they can sell to another government.
California government probably never needs more than 5,000 new handguns a year.

When their security guys and police can’t get guns, they’ll change their minds. As has been the case for decades, police don't have to purchase off of the approved roster. They can buy anything they want, and use standard capacity magazines to boot.

When their security guys and police can’t get guns, they’ll change their minds. They already have guns in California that are permitted to be sold to law enforcement personnel only. They’ll just carve out another exemption for those preferred people such as BLM, Antifa, and their guards.
