This is just what the Rats wanted. It’s looking more and more like something sinister has gone down in order to delay the vote on her confirmation.
There is no reason why the Senate members cannot cast their votes tomorrow using a written ballot to be held until after th “hearings”.
Everyone already knows how the voting will go so all that is necessary is to announce it after Barrett is voted out of committee.
