Perhaps they are channeling a line from an Oscar Wilde play: “I can resist everything except temptation.” But leftists should have resisted the urge to be nasty. Decency demanded it.
The president of the United States tests positive for the coronavirus, is soon moved to a hospital and given a cocktail of drugs to fortify his body for the fight ahead. Whereupon truly awful people erupt in joy, revealing themselves to be self-hating Americans.
Some take to Twitter to exhibit their soullessness, enough so that the site, which too often blocks routine conservative viewpoints, vows it will suspend users who wish for the president’s death. It is shameful that such a statement is even necessary.
Others try to veil their pleasure, yet their satisfaction is unmistakable in their self-righteous scolds of “We told you so” and “He had it coming.” House Speaker Nancy Pelosi displayed her heart of stone by saying the president had issued a “brazen invitation” to the deadly virus by meeting with people and holding rallies.
She impeached him over next to nothing, tried to have him removed from office and still calls him a Russian agent. Now she resents that he continued to do the routine things a president should and must do. If he had stayed hidden in the White House bunker for his own safety, then she would have had real reason to complain.
The depravity doesn’t end there. Consider this quiz: Which of the following two comments came from a Chinese government-affiliated newspaper and which came from The New York Times?

When you are controlled strictly by emotion, any use of logic or ration goes out the window. Love, hate, fear, anger, jealousy, etc. We all feel these things, but when they control us, we become irrational. This is how the left controls a good part of the population - the segment of the population that operate predominantly on emotion.
Trump Derangement Syndrome is real. The puppet masters have immense fear of being exposed, and therefore have immense hatred. This is being fomented by their public service arm, the media. Once that level of “hate” takes hold in a large segment of the population, it is irrelevant to them what wonderful things this president has done. They are locked in on hate and will believe ANYTHING negative that is said about him, further growing their hate.
Even if they knew that they should be gracious during the president’s illness, they just can’t bring themselves to do it. It’s that powerful.

That is why when RBG was sick, I was not cheerleading her death like a lot of conservatives were. Death will come on its own timeline and no use hoping for praying for death. Conservatives were not exactly angels when it comes to liberals in the hospital or dying.
Would you expect ISIS to have sympathy for us or our president? These commies are the enemy and to expect any honor or dignity from our commie enemies is not realistic.

I agree. I don’t think I hoped for RBG to die.....but I REALLY REALLY hoped she would retire and spend the rest of her days enjoying her family and soul searching.
On the same subject, I sure don’t hope for Hitlery to die....but I REALLY REALLY hope she spends a good long time in prison, doing a lot of soul searching and repenting.

It’s all liberals have been talking after he was diagnosed, followed by some comment about how he was stupid about not wearing a mask and a hearty laugh. Smh
And socialist media gives them a platform to show it. Used to be, our creepy and crazy thoughts mostly stayed in our heads. Now we splash them all over the internet like explosive diarrhea. Then wonder why we're so angry and unhappy all the time.
