In the last year he cancelled his registration as a Democrat and became a Trump Republican.
The two biggest things were the irrational insane behavior of the Dems, final straw being the bogus impeachment and blatant Biden frauds related to Ukraine. Also, he thought that the illegal immigration thing was completely out of control. Dad had been a supporter of the DNC because he thought they represented the common man.
Sadly, my Father died on Labor Day and was unable to vote for Trump. So, I dedicate my vote to him.
