Fox News legal analyst Gregg Jarrett told "Hannity"...Clinton may have committed a felony in disseminating false information, depending on “how it [the information] was leaked and to whom.”...“I hope that the president’s declassification and removal of the redactions shed light on that because this does appear to be a criminal conspiracy,” he said.

JUDICIAL WATCH REPORT----DEC 2016 / FR Posted by jazusamo

New Documents Show Clinton Conflicts of Interest; Indicates a Clinton shakedown of massive proportions

Further confirming the need to “clean house” on the Clinton corruption scandals, we just uncovered 508 pages of new documents thanks to our historic Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit seeking information about possible conflicts of interest involving the Hillary Clinton State Department and Bill Clinton’s various activities.

More than 440 pages of the documents were redacted either in full, or with only minor notations remaining. The documents were released as a result of a federal court order in a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit filed against the State Department on May 28, 2013 ( Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:13-cv-00772)).

The documents included an undated, unsigned memo entitled “Private Sector Opportunities for WJC” [William Jefferson Clinton]. The memo provided capabilities analysis of three companies with major investment interests in Haiti: Tetra Pak, Seaboard, and Cemex .

The documents also include a lengthy March 2009 email from Clinton Foundation Director of Foreign Policy Amitabh Desai to former Assistant Secretary of State Andrew Shapiro and subsequently forwarded to top Clinton aide Jake Sullivan containing the names of nearly 200 then-current and former heads of state to be invited to the 2009 Clinton Global Initiative annual meeting.

The list includes dignitaries from Saudi Arabia, which gave $14.5 million to the Clinton Foundation; Kuwait, which gave the Clintons between $5 and $10 million; Oman, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar – all of which donated between $1 and $5 million over the years. In February 2015, the Washington Post reported, “A third of foundation donors who have given more than $1 million to the Clintons are foreign governments or other entities … and foreign donors make up more than half of those who have given more than $5 million.”

In July 2014, Judicial Watch released more than 200 conflict-of-interest reviews by State Department ethics advisers of proposed Bill Clinton speaking and consulting engagements during Hillary Clinton’s tenure as secretary of state.

The documents show that Mr. Clinton’s office proposed 215 speeches around the globe. And 215 times, the State Department stated that it had “no objection.”

The Washington Examiner published a report by Judicial Watch Chief Investigative Reporter Micah Morrison and Examiner Senior Watchdog Reporter Luke Rosiak which notes that Mr. Clinton “earned $48 million while his wife presided over U.S. foreign policy, raising questions about whether the Clintons fulfilled ethics agreements related to the Clinton Foundation during Mrs. Clinton’s tenure as Secretary of State.”

It is a scandal that the Obama administration stalled the release of these smoking gun documents for over five years. These documents show that Hillary and Bill Clinton’s machine sought to shake down almost every country in the world, from Saudi Arabia to desperately poor Haiti.

Again, all the more reason for President-elect Trump to launch a serious criminal investigation of the Clinton cash machine.

REFERENCE---Hillary maintained a private, unsecured e-mail server as Obama’s secretary of state and did not turn it over to the government for archiving after leaving office. Obama later lied about his knowledge of this server, the existence of which enabled Clinton to withhold documents related to the Benghazi debacle from congressional investigators.....among many Clinton underhanded activities.

(AFTER SHE LOST in 2016 OBAMA "SUDDENLY" REMEMBERED)
Obama Had a Deal With Hillary Allowing Removal Of State Dept Records.

By RYAN SAAVEDRA, dailywire.com, Dec 15, 2017 ments show the Obama State Department had a deal with Hillary Clinton to hide her calls logs and schedules, which would be contrary to FOIA and other laws.”

Electronic records Clinton was allowed to remove:
Copy of “daily files.”
Non-record copy of a log of

Newly-revealed documents obtained by conservative watchdog Judicial Watch reveal that the Obama State Department allowed Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and her top aide Huma Abedin to remove sensitive documents that were not to be made public records (including official “Muslim Engagement Documents”).

Judicial Watch received the records on Thursday in response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request that sought all DS-1904 forms completed by or on behalf of Former Secretary Hillary Clinton, Former Chief of Staff Cheryl Mills, Former Deputy Chief of Staff Huma Abedin, and Former Deputy Chief of Staff Jacob Sullivan.

Clinton and Abedin were permitted to remove both electronic and physical records, claiming “they were ‘personal’ materials and ‘unclassified, non-record materials,’ including files of Clinton’s calls and schedules, which were not to be made public.”

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton noted the gravity of the latest revelations, stating they showed further corruption in the Obama administration and with Clinton.

“We already know the Obama State Department let Hillary Clinton steal and then delete her government emails, which included classified information,” Fitton said in a statement. “But these new records show that was only part of the scandal. These new documents show the Obama State Department had a deal with Hillary Clinton to hide her calls logs and schedules, which would be contrary to FOIA and other laws.”
Official and personal copy of the Secretary’s “call grid” which is a running list of calls she wants to make.

Physical records Clinton was allowed to remove: 16 boxes of personal schedules from 1993-2008 (prior to her becoming Secretary of State).
29 boxes of miscellaneous public schedules ranging from her time as FLOTUS up to her State Dept tenure.
1 box of personal reimbursable receipts. 1 box of personal photos. 1 box personal schedule.
Personal correspondence.
Daily file binders. Gift binders. Gifts (actual). Topic binders.

Electronic records Abedin was allowed to remove
Outlook contacts.

Physical records Abedin was allowed to remove (5 boxes):
Travel Records
Muslim Engagement Documents
Newspaper Articles
Gift Archive Binder
FLOTUS “Courtesy Storage/Box Content List” Binder
CODEL Trips Binder
Menu Cards & Table Arrangement Binder
Personal Event Planner (2001 thru 2011)

“The originals of some Clinton documents were retained, such as the call logs and schedules,” Judicial Watch reports. “For other records, including material that predates Clinton’s tenure, there is no indication that a copy was made. The most significant of these are Hillary's personal correspondence and gift binders, which could reflect Clinton Foundation and Clinton Global Initiative ties.”

Trump has apparently decided to release the info and try her in the court of public opinion, since he has no Federal law enforcement agencies willing to take action.

That’s because no jury of their peers would ever convict them, largely because they are all from the same cloth, ie. part of the Deep State or in bed with someone who is.

Problem is that Gregg Jarrett, in this interview, said she “may have committed” rather than did commit. There is a long list of possibilities on how this new information, and apparently opinion, is going to be handled. Evidence can be tossed for a number of reason or completely ignored in court.

There was a case concerning Obama’s birth certificate in Georgia that had over a dozen witnesses for the prosecution detailing the certificate’s obvious faults, the defense call no witnesses, Obama wasn’t there, and a liberal judge tossed the case. Don’t count your chickens.....

I predict that no documents will be released and no redactions will be removed. Many of the conspirators openly defy Trump’s instructions, and have been doing so without consequences for almost four years.

The coup only has to live another 25 days and they can declare victory.

They are not about to surrender now.

Trump authorizes declassification of all Russia collusion, Hillary Clinton email probe documents

************

The Deep State will largely ignore/resist the order. Trump held off doing this until now because he knew the Deep State would resist him tooth and nail on it. At this point (so closet the election) he can make a big splash about declassifying the dirt but there’s almost no chance that much will be revealed. The Deep State will drag its feet as usual.

They will accuse him of being reckless with sources and methods and say it violates their oaths against revealing classified information. There is no way they will go along with exposing themselves or their agency’s complicity in the coup against the president and their conspiracy to nullify the election.

It will be a long time, if ever, until the full story gets out. Probably long after the guilty have safely left government or retired.
