There needs to be a commission on the Commission for Presidential Debates.
Never again. All future debates, including this year’s, need to be arranged between the candidates and the media invited with their mouths shut.

Also intresting The CPD adopted its 2020 criteria based on ‘the recommendations’ of a working group of its Board chaired by former ‘League of Women Voters’ President Dorothy Ridings, who serves as a CPD Co-Chair
The moderators are selected by the CPD
The moderators ‘alone’ select the questions to be asked, which are not known to the CPD or to the candidates.
Surely there are national level true debating organizations, why aren’t they moderating debates under their standard rules instead of using biased journalists?
Ya got to wonder how much sway Bush, Obama and Carter have on the criteria as C0-Chairs.

The Home page actually shows Hillary and Trumps debates....you’d think after four years they’d have the site updated.
It’s quite interesting poking around that site to see who is who and how this organization works...plus it’s International..

Posted this earlier today on another thread: The Debate Commission is very open about who they are, their “international mission statement” Strongly urge folks to replay the intro to the debate from the beginning... .
It would be very instructive for folks to view the lead in to the debate in which the Debate Commission Chair describes their history and activities.
It is NOT an American organization that gathers together every four years to solely stage the presidential debates.
Rather it is globalist in its reach to instruct other countries and “to gain knowledge from their experiences”
It’s as bi-partisan as the Jeff Flake and Chris Coons coalition, a fraud perpetrated upon the American citizens...and has been such since its inception. A large organization unaccountable, unmonitored, and without any checks in their goal of shaping American national elections.
1. The debates are important. Over 73 million people watched the first debate between president Trump and former vice president Biden.
2. The debates can turn an election. See Nixon v. Kennedy.
Every modern debate has been moderated by left-wing moderators. They pick the questions.
3. Every conservative viewer has been disenfranchised. Their ideological view point has been ignored.
4. These debates are supposed to be about the voters not the candidates. The candidates are applying for job.
5. The Commission on Presidential Debates has failed.
They say they want to “educate” people. That is not providing a forum so that people can decide for themselves. Caught by their own words.
Decommission the Commission. There is absolutely no reason they should be allowed to frame the questions to the Republican candidate in agenda driven politics. The questions were biased.

Exactly and future Republicans (Using the word loosely) should refuse to participate unless both sides get equal say in the way these debates are run. Remove news networks from all aspects of the debates other than broadcasting them.
Time to trash the CPD.
