Jewish groups and Catholic Church sue Cuomo over COVID-19 shutdowns

Several Orthodox Jewish groups and the Brooklyn Roman Catholic Diocese filed separate lawsuits against Gov. Cuomo on Thursday for shutting down businesses in COVID-19 hotspots in the city, and limiting entrances to houses of worship.
The suits were filed in Brooklyn Federal Court, one by the Catholic Church and the other by Agudath Israel of America, Agudath Israel of Kew Garden Hills and other Jewish groups, including a few rabbis.

Where are the Orthodox Christian hierarchs?
And most especially, where is Metropolitan JOSEPH of the Antionchian Christian Orthodox Archdiocese whose Catherdral in Brooklyn and who, on May 23, the Feast of Sts. Constagtine and Helen decreed that his parishes are NOT to submit to any civil decree limiting attendance to less than 25% of capacity?
Are they a bunch of Dhimmis?

Lastly, have the murdered nursing home victim’s families filed lawsuits against KillerCuomo, yet? I may have missed that one.
