238 charges!
American citizens are at risk of more for drastic sentences SERVED for speeding, selling a firearm to a family member without a Brady check, or missing a tax return!
I want truth in sentencing, ALL of it.

Well, volunteering in my church prison ministry we were kept out of the DOC facilities for months. The problem they had was inmates were being transferred from one facility to another. If one transfer was positive it would create an outbreak...and did.
Having said all that, this guy gettin’ out is outrageous.

He was imprisoned awaiting trial for 16 years according to the article. That got deducted. Which it should be. The real question is why didn't he get 300+ years

Sixteen years awaiting trial is way too long, should have given him a fair and speedy trial right away!
