What about Bruce Ohr’s Russian speaking wife, Nellie, who for some reason got a ham radio operator’s license in May of 2016:

one month before the “Steele Dossier” was initiated?

You don’t just “get” a Ham Radio License.

You have to take a technically challenging test. For that you have to study and prepare yourself to pass it. I doubt Nellie Ohr had a background in electronics or engineering. If she somehow managed to secure a Ham License on short notice that needs to be investigated (test taken by a ringer, payoff to someone at the FCC or similar).

I have old high school friend (Democrat, Obama supporter,
active in Dem politics) who just got his HAM license.
Apparently many of the Left are getting these licenses
for some reason. Maybe they think it's some sort of way
to organize covertly using radio while avoiding
cell phones and the internet?
