It’s a little late for that. No one good is getting confirmed until after the election, and an interim AG isn’t going to get results. It would also just be more chaos that would cause some voters to question Trump’s leadership. There isn’t a voter out there who thinks Barr isn’t doing enough to help Trump, that isn’t already voting for Trump.
