Why would you keep a horrible pic of yourself asleep with a crackpipe hanging out of your mouth? I sure hope this isn’t some kind of setup. I can only think of drug/alcohol/both related amnesia, which given his history is quite possible. If he didn't remember getting it wet, canvassing repair shops wouldn't have occurred to him. Can't imagine it was the $85 bill, but who knows.

Listening to Guliani now and not impressed. He’s still looking at things, focused on Hunter’s drug problem, asks for assumptions on some statements, and more. He is ahead of the news, winging it, and likes the spotlight too much. Dangerous.
