How hard can it be to decide NOT to just give billions of dollars in cash on pallets, out of the public eye, to people who publicly vow to wipe us off the map and chant "Death To America"?
Would that be considered a "change in foreign policy"?

Hypothetical question for Mister Obama...
If airplane loads of cash were clandestinely flown to a sworn enemy of the United States, and if that money ended up in the pockets of Iran's Revolutionary Guard, might that be an example of "underwriting international order", or would it be the precise reciprocal of underwriting international order?
