As a dad, I am not unhappy about giving condoms to young teens. To Mrs D and I this is so far down the list. We know teens will have sex, so why not protect them?
The best protection we can give our offspring is an example of a solid marriage, built around the Word of God, with the explicit training commanded therein to be holy.
You want the state to give 11 year olds drugs and alcohol, too? Since they’re just gonna do them anyway.
Protect them from what?
They are the least reliable form of birth control going, just as a start.
