Can people vote AFTER November 3? Or does the vote need to be postmarked by 11/3?
How can you allow voting after the 3rd? I mean, that makes no sense. The polls are closed on the 3rd.
Ballots that arrive by mail, allegedly mailed by election day,, unpostmarked or obscurely post marked, can be counted up to the 13th .
The Democrats will harvest ballots and send them in , as many as they need, but it must be remembered.
