The 90-minute debate, moderated by NBC’s Kristen Welker, takes place at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, starting at 9 p.m. ET. and ending at 10:30 p.m. ET.

9 PM Eastern is 8 PM Central.

I said the DEBATE starts at 8 Central. I did NOT say what time a TV network will start airing their pre-debate show. I also stated what time the link I posted started their pre-debate broadcasting.
