Yes just ask your doc for a MMR Antibody test. Or ask your hospital for the records. In my case, it was 17 years since i last visited my hospital. My records got sent to storage so the nurse took a blood sample to test for antibodies. Turned out I had the antibodies even though its been decades.
Give it a try. cant hurt.
