Congress writes the laws that make all of this sleazy activity legal. The Clinton foundation does not appear to give money to needy end-users but holds conferences in HOW to help needy people or to solve some other world problem like global warming. These conferences are held at five star resorts and count towards the disbursement of the percentage of the foundation that must be disbursed each year. It’s all a big con. One foundation can donate some of its money to another foundation to account for the required disbursement. It’s about getting richer and influence peddling.
AUSTRALIA---The Australian newspaper the "Herald Sun" ran an article entitled, “Why has Australia donated to Clinton’s foundation?” The paper noted "Former Australian Prime Minister Gillard donated $300 million of Australian tax dollars money to the Clinton-affiliated 'Global Partnership for Education.' ”
NOTE: That's one humongous amt of Australian govt money that fell into the hands of the conniving Clintons.
The Herald Sun needs to dig deeper to determine if the money took a circuitous route then landed back into the
personal accounts of the generous Australian govt donors.....after the Clintons took their cut.
When he went to jail, investigators found Ponzi King Bernie Madoff had stashed billions offshore-----into a labyrinth of financial entities.
COLLUSION AND CONSPIRACIES GALORE Some $8.9 billion was funneled to Madoff through a dozen so-called feeder funds based in Europe, the Caribbean and Central America......a labyrinth of hedge funds, management companies and service providers that, to unsuspecting outsiders, seemed to compose a formidable system of checks and balances.
But the purpose of this complex architecture was just the opposite: the feeder funds provided different modes for directing money to Madoff in order to avoid scrutiny.

REFERENCE GERMANY Some observers inside Germany believe the German government has some explaining to do for the donation that appears under the heading “Donors and Grantors”.“Why does a Ministry supports the election campaign of a U.S. presidential candidate?” blogged Vera Lengsfeld — former civil rights activist and German parliamentarian. “It seems German taxpayers unwittingly financed Hillary Clinton’s election campaign.”
There is also the question pending: how many other wealthy German govt ministries gave money to the Clintons?. The ministries that are incorporated in other countries will be especially prone to abuse.
