I think we now know of a taxation source to balance the budget. Target high frequency traders for 99% tax rate, yet leave Capital Gains for stocks and bonds held more than a year low.

During the Sunday Night Football game, there was a Biden ad that claimed that “Trump’s buddies on Wall Street” were supporting Trump and undermining the American worker, and that Biden would bring back manufacturing and jobs from other countries. Of course, that is exactly what Trump - not Biden - has been trying to do, and Wall Street is backing Biden. The ad was a complete lie at every level.
