Soros has financed many State Secretarys...’cuz they provide the official vote count of each state...and can control/implement the voter fraud.

Nope. Votes are tallied locally and then compiled at the state level. No Secretary of State in the US has the power to fake a result contrary to the vote count. These are all paranoid fantasies. That doesn't mean small scale fraud doesn't go on. Of course it does. But Governors and Secretaries of State are not dictating results.
