Exactly! Cases up + deaths down = a good thing. There is a reason they have shifted from deaths to cases.....It is actually quite amazing that the people are duped by this.
I heard on WISN 1130 radio this morning that our WI death toll has reached 2000. Very sad for those 2000 families. But our population is 5.8 million. And of those 2000 deaths, a little over 1500 were age 70 or above. And NO kids.

My message to Gov. Evers and the so-called “health leaders” urging us to wear masks is: “Get a job, and stop sucking on the public tit”.
Wisconsin locked down more than most, and had a mandatory mask mandate, so why is he having to swear about people not wearing masks. He’s the governor, shouldn’t he just have the police round up the people not wearing masks?
Virginia is still in pretty good shape, we had a small uptick in cases, but our hospitalization and death rates are staying low, we had one blip because some idiot took the COVID into another nursing home, which our governor still apparently isn’t protecting as well as he should (he also got the COVID, which shows that people who wear masks and socially distance and are democrats still get sick).
If the country’s statistics matched Virginia, we’d have about 100,000 deaths instead of 225,000.

For the US as a whole, the average daily deaths have remained almost flat for more than a month - a very slight increase. Over the summer, much of Europe looked like it had beaten the virus - new cases and deaths were very low for two months or more. But now, new cases are skyrocketing much faster than here, and deaths are going up as well, much steeper than here. But to listen to Biden and the media, you’d think the situation in the US is far worse than anywhere else.

Of course, if the country had followed the lead of West Virginia (doing better than CANADA), w’d have 4.6 million cases, and only 84,000 deaths.
Also, it turns out Virginia’s numbers are up since I did the calculation, and the nationwide death toll would now be 140,000 if the country did as well as Virginia.
Canada has 27 deaths per million, West Virginia only 25 per million. Canada has a population density of 4 per sq kilometer, while West Virginia has 30 per sq kilometer, so it is much more dense, but has better numbers, deathwise.
Case-wise, WV has 14 per 1000 people, canada 6.3 per 1000. Canada’s death rate is almost double our most backwards state.
