I think a $2 million bail is about right. Remember that bail is posted to ensure that the defendant shows up for trial ... and if I were Kyle’s family I would be making plans to skip bail as we speak.
He would almost certainly be captured and extradited if that happens. My understanding is that he has competent counsel who would strongly advise him against jumping bail
