Per the CISA, some states and voting systems watermark ballots. Why that isn’t the standard, I don’t know. But watermarks, if used in any states with mail-in ballots issues, could make IDing voter fraud a lot easier.

I have been reading a lot about this issue the past few days. Strange no one on cable has brought it up yet.

Could be just like the DHS secure drivers license issue many Blue states simply ignored it.
