The Supreme Court ordered Pennsylvania Democrats to respond by Thursday evening in a case challenging the state’s three-day extension for counting mail-in ballots.

The vote of each state must be certified federally in order to appoint electors

Since voting is not a requirement for a State Legislature to appoint its Electors, since there are no "Presidential elections" in the Constitution, and since the Federal government (all three branches) was deliberately left out of the process of replacing the President and Vice President, you're going to have to show me why you think "the vote of each state" has to be "certified Federally".

Was it the PA Supreme Court that ordered that ballots accepted after Nov. 3rd be segregated from the rest?

Is it true, as some others in this thread have said, that the PA AG refused to do that?

Wow. I just hope our people can get in there to monitor the activity before they are mixed in. Or they’ll go the way of the Lerner hard drives. There just be a way to order emergency entry and sequester those votes. We can’t give them the time to cheat.

Kudos! I appreciate how you are rallying that list of prayer warriors on FreeRepublic.

Here's something to consider. Instead of a sweeping call to pray about the election let's start focusing on one problem case at a time. For instance, with the shennanigans of Pennsylvania headed immediately to the Supreme Court, we could focus there. On another thread we could focus on Michigan. On another Arizona, et. al.

Lord God in Heaven, we beseech Thee to render a righteous outcome to the Pennsylvania election fiasco. The officials in that state have behaved with a large degree of impunity to their underhanded dealings. (Don't overlook it, Lord) Give the justices of the Supreme Court, especially our newly appointed Amy Barrett, the moral courage to stand up for what is right and good.

Just researched it. It was the Secretary of the Commonwealth that issued guidance directing boards of elections to segregate. Justice Alito’s statement when SCOTUS declined review just alluded to the PA’s Secretary of the Commonwealth’s guidance:

“Although the Pennsylvania Supreme Court rejected Petitioner’s request for that relief, we have been informed by the Pennsylvania Attorney General that the Secretary of the Commonwealth issued guidance today directing county boards of elections to segregate ballots received between 8:00 p.m. on November 3, 2020, and 5:00 p.m. on November 6, 2020.”

That is reason enough to invalidate any mail ballots that arrived late.”

Including any that arrived after midnight, in the wee hours, in non us post vehicles.
