I think one strategy is have the Supreme Court invalidate enough electors of states due to fraud. Then Biden doesn’t have the 270 electors so the president will be determined by one vote per state.

Invalidated electors does not lead to a House vote - each pair of electors removed from the count lowers the threshold for a majority by 1, so it would depend on how the invalidated electors would have voted, on whether Trump or Biden would win with, say, a majority of 230 or so.
