..... They have radioactive isotopes and watermarks and other identifiers. This isn't advertised broadly, but the info was out there.

..... Ballots printed by other parties or foreign countries won't pass muster when challenged in court.

And why wouldn’t they just use blank ballots? Surely they are that smart (maybe)? Presumably there is a slew of those DHS ballots hanging out unsecured all over the AG’s office, in random car trunks of election “officials,” stuffed in viaducts by the parks department, etc., given what a complete and utter joke democracy is to PA officials.
