Well those ballots were mixed in I believe because the election person who told the SC they would keep the ballots that came in after November 3rd separate went back on her word. I guess they can have a new election then.

Seems like the only solution.

PA told the SC that they would hold the ballots aside so they lied. Our enemies are plentiful.
