Yes, the GOP will win any suits where courts changed election law AS REGARDS THE APPOINTMENT OF ELECTORS.

The Court supports state courts which interfere in elections. But appointment of Electors is a sole sovereign power of Legislatures, the courts have nothing to do with it.
