The article is mostly incorrect. The PA supreme court ruled that the counties must accept ballots after November third. From the case filing Pub v Boockvar: “In the face of Act 77s deadline, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, by a vote of four to three, decreed that mailed
ballots need not be received by election day. App. to Pet. for
Cert. 80a81a. Instead, it imposed a different rule” It’s not about counting. It is accepting mailed ballots after the Nov 3 deadline setup by the legislature (Pub and Dem)
Was it the PA Supreme Court that ordered that ballots accepted after Nov. 3rd be segregated from the rest?
Is it true, as some others in this thread have said, that the PA AG refused to do that?
