The PA legislature didn’t need to do anything other than let the existing election laws stand. That leaves all the weight of the law on the side of the Trump campaign as it works through any legal challenges there.

The best thing they did in PA was refuse to bow to public and executive branch pressure to extend the mail-in voting deadline, allow early counting of votes, and allow a mass-mailing of ballots to all registered voters.
